Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only using Royal Mail Standard.

Estimated delivery time:

• 2–4 business days after dispatch.

While we aim to meet these delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@asairu.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and the product so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
